Thai Massage,was applied for centuries as a practical expression of love and kindness in Thailand. It is a healing technique, part of Buddhist medicine system and thus is more refreshing than most classic forms of massage. It is also called Thai Yoga Massage, because the therapist uses hands, knees and feet to apply a series of yoga – postures. Many people describe Thai massage like "passive" Yoga.

Thai is applied on the floor in a special layer of futon. There is no use of oil and the receiver must be dressed in comfortable clothes for the massage. During the treatment we use various muscle compression techniques, mobilization of joints, and acupressure. It's like a therapeutic choreography and the score is extremely relaxing and refreshing. The "postures" have great variety and the therapist chooses the appropriate for the physical state of the receiver. So every time the session is individualized so that to have maximum effect without to surpass the limits of comfort of the receiver. Always precedes a complete medical history so therapist has a full picture of the physical condition of the receiver. A typical Thai massage is about 60 to 90 minutes.
You should not eat a heavy meal for 2-3 hours before the massage.
